Check-in is between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm; checkout is 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out is available for an additional cost, $40 maximum, $0 minimum depending on how late you are and when you notify us.

Reservation and Cancellation Policy:
Room rates apply to 1 or 2 persons and do not include taxes. Call for information about additional guests in your suite. 

No one ever intends to cancel, but sometimes it's unavoidable.

Cancellations within 5 days of scheduled arrival are charged the full rate and duration on your credit card, but receive a 90% discount if you re-book in the next full year.

No shows are charged full room rate and duration.

No pets allowed in consideration of our guests with pet allergies.

Smoking is permitted on the veranda.
